Travelren (ABN 69 473 503 806) is an eSIM reseller operating travelren.com, an Australian registered business. We sell travel eSIM data plans to customers worldwide through our website.

By accessing or purchasing from travelren.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on travelren.com, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Products and Services

Travelren sells travel eSIM data plans sourced from third-party network providers. Our plans provide mobile data access in 200+ countries.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure plan descriptions, coverage, and pricing are accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific network speeds. Network performance depends on local carrier availability and conditions beyond our control.

eSIM compatibility requires a compatible unlocked device. You are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase using our device checker.

4. Ordering and Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of any applicable fees. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of your order confirmation is binding.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Travelren does not store payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your nominated payment method.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Digital Goods — Non-Refundable

Exceptions apply in limited circumstances where a technical failure prevents activation entirely. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details and how to submit a claim.

We encourage you to verify device compatibility and destination coverage before purchasing.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as a consumer. If a product or service is not of acceptable quality, we will provide a remedy in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on travelren.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Travelren and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelren's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business.
• Network outages or performance issues caused by third-party carriers.
• Any loss arising from your failure to verify device compatibility before purchase.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of travelren.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
